1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cz444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cz444 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services available at cz444.org (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the cz444 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

cz444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the cz444 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cz444 strictly prohibits access and use by persons under the age of 18. This is a non-negotiable condition of account registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your location and to comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal or requires a licence that cz444 does not hold.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the cz444 Platform or self-excluded under a responsible gaming request.

cz444 employs age verification procedures including Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. We may require documentary evidence of age (e.g., CNIC, passport) at any time, including at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account only on cz444. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or valid email address, and any other details requested by cz444. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate.

3.2 KYC Verification

cz444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including copies of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of payment method, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is a breach of these Terms. cz444 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify cz444 immediately at [email protected]. cz444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or report a breach promptly.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

cz444 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or USDT as applicable.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your cz444 account balance for use on the Platform only. Deposit funds cannot be transferred to other users.
• cz444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to TRON network confirmation times. cz444 is not responsible for network delays.

5.2 Currency

The cz444 Platform operates in PKR and USDT. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by cz444 and may vary from prevailing market rates. Any conversion fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the cz444 account banking section.
• cz444 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during active operating hours. Processing times may vary for large withdrawals or pending KYC reviews.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. Refer to individual bonus terms.

cz444 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), or identity verification reviews. Any funds identified as fraudulently obtained will be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, cz444 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only and may not be combined unless specifically stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• cz444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through abuse, collusion, or technical manipulation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cz444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. General betting rules include:

8.1 Sports Betting

• All cricket bets — including PSL markets, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Tests — are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC).
• In-play bets accepted after an event outcome is known are void. cz444 employs technical controls to prevent this but reserves the right to void any bet where outcome knowledge is suspected.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are final.

8.2 Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-term theoretical values and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault, cz444 will make a reasonable determination of the appropriate resolution.

8.3 Match Fixing & Integrity

cz444 cooperates fully with sports governing bodies and law enforcement agencies on matters of match-fixing and betting integrity. Any account suspected of involvement in corrupt activity will be immediately suspended and relevant information shared with authorities.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cz444 Platform:

• Registering if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to cz444 immediately. Exploits discovered and not reported will result in account suspension and forfeiture.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cz444 staff or other users.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game or market.

Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

cz444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform, particularly within the Pakistani user base. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or harm.

10.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered cz444 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap your permissible losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time spent and net position during a session.

10.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

cz444 applies strict 18+ age controls. We may, at any time, request documentary proof of age. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended until verification is complete.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the cz444 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual material, and game content — is the property of cz444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cz444 content without prior written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cz444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.

cz444's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". cz444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

13. Amendments to These Terms

cz444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cz444 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the cz444 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international laws under which the Platform operates.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact cz444 customer support at [email protected] in the first instance. cz444 will endeavour to resolve complaints in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction cz444 operates.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
